Cancellation policy

PRE-ORDERS: By placing a pre-order, you are purchasing an out-of-stock item or a product that will soon be available. Full payment is required at the time of ordering. You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the order is shipped, and we will issue a full refund. Once the order has been sent out, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
