Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that you receive your products within 6 to 10 working days from the date of purchase unless your item is on Pre- Order. Here's what you need to know:

During this time, we will verify your payment, check the availability of the items, and prepare your package for shipment. Rest assured that we strive to process your order as quickly as possible to minimise any delays.

Pre-Orders: When our items are on pre-order we estimate the arrival of our products approximately 4 weeks from your purchase date, we will be sure to keep you updated through out this time if any changes and your order will be posted as soon as they are in stock.

Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using our trusted shipping partners. The estimated shipping time within the working days is 6 to 10 business days. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered working days and may add to the overall delivery time. Express Shipping: 1-4days business days.

Tracking Your Order: To keep you informed and provide peace of mind, we offer order tracking for all packages. As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.

Partial Shipments: For orders containing multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster and more efficient delivery. Don't worry; you will receive individual tracking numbers for each package.

Shipping Costs: We aim to offer competitive shipping rates for all our customers. The shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of the items in your order. You will be able to view the exact shipping fees during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

Shipping Restrictions: Currently we are only shipping in Australia, we strive to ship worldwide in the near future

What Material are you bedding sets? 

Our All-In-One Bedding sets include 100% cotton sheet set with a 200 thread count for softness and breathability. The doona insert is made from 200gsm microfibre polyester, offering lightweight warmth and easy care.

The doona is removable, so you can easily swap it out for different insert to suit the season or your personal preference. 

How are your bedding sets All-In-One? 

Our all-in-one bedding sets are designed for convenience, comfort, and easy washing. Each set includes:

  • A fitted sheet
  • A flat sheet that zips to the fitted sheet at the base and on both sides (the flat sheet can be fully removed if you prefer or for washing)
  • A doona and doona cover
  • The doona cover attaches to the fitted sheet at the base with its own zipper, keeping it securely in place
  • Inside the doona cover, there’s another zipper to insert the doona, along with internal ties to keep it from shifting
  • Plus, two matching pillowcases are included in every set

Can your bedding sets be used on a standard double or queen bed?

Yes, absolutely! Our bedding sets are designed as a universal fit to suit most standard double and queen size beds not just for caravans.

We do recommend checking the measurements listed on each product to ensure the best fit for your mattress.

What payment methods do you accept?

How much is the shipping fee?

How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen. Typically, orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders usually take 3-10 business days to arrive.

How long to receive my item if it is pre-ordered?

If you have pre-ordered an item you will see when pre-ordering your item the estimated delivery date to warehouse from there your item will be shipped out

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.

What is your return policy?

We have a 14day return policy for Defective Products only which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if the item is damaged. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we are only shipping in Australia, we strive to ship worldwide in the near future

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item is currently out of stock, you can pre-order your item, by placing a pre-order, you are purchasing an out-of-stock item or a product that will soon be available. Full payment is required at the time of ordering. You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the order is shipped, and we will issue a full refund. Once the order has been sent out, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
